Tamika Gagne
Tamika is the founder of MicroMeeks Skin Studio, a medical aesthetician, educator and corrective skincare specialist.
She started MicroMeeks in 2020 from the second bedroom of her home, and the business quickly grew beyond what she ever imagined. Today, MicroMeeks Skin Studio is located in the heart of Port Coquitlam, where Tamika has built a team of skilled skincare professionals to support the ever-growing client community.
Known for providing results-driven treatments and honest skincare education, Tamika and her team are dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin — which is why so many continue to return time and time again.

Heidi Nano
Heidi was a day 1 client at MicroMeeks Skin Studio when it was just a home based business. Her relationship grew with Tamika, and so did her curiosity on embarking on her own aesthetics journey.
Heidi’s nickname at MicroMeeks is, “Queen of angiomas,” as she has formulated the perfect protocol to blast them away with our trusty Aerolase device.
A lash artist, facialist and full time nurse; Heidi is a jack of all trades. She enrolled into MicroMeeks Academy where her knowledge expanded and she shined with her client care. You can expect a relaxing and result driven appointment with Heidi. Her favourite thing to do is extractions!
Richard Gagne
Around here, we like to call him the “Toe & Tattoo Guy.”
Richard specializes in toe fungus treatments, wart removal, and laser tattoo removal. As Tamika’s husband and one of the original supporters of MicroMeeks, he has been a strong pillar of the business since day one.
With a focus on results and client comfort, Richard is dedicated to helping clients tackle concerns that many people feel hesitant to address — creating a welcoming and judgement-free experience along the way.

Ashley Leeburn

A dedicated mom of three, Ashley balances motherhood with her passion for aesthetics. She offers custom facials, transformative chemical peels, and is truly our master of body contouring, helping clients sculpt, tighten, and feel their absolute best.
Ashley’s expertise, attention to detail, and caring nature make every appointment a comfortable and confidence-boosting experience. We’re so lucky to have her as part of the MicroMeeks family.
Rae Pandey
Rae is a skilled medical aesthetician and certified laser technician with over three years of experience working in medical spas across the Lower Mainland. Her expertise includes advanced skin rejuvenation, laser therapies, and corrective treatments designed to improve skin health and boost confidence.
Rae also offers tattoo removal for body art as well as PMU. Think brows!
With her gentle touch and strong clinical knowledge, Rae brings passion, precision, and care to every treatment she performs at MicroMeeks Skin Studio.
