Tamika Gagne
Meet the owner of MicroMeeks Skin Studio! Tamika is a medical aesthetician, educator, corrective skin care specialist and body contouring expert. She started MicroMeeks Skin Studio in the second bedroom of her home back in 2020 and the business quickly exploded. Now located in the heart of Port Coquitlam, Tamika has assembled a team of skin care professionals to help tackle the growing clientele list. Providing numerous treatments with proven results, clients keep coming back for more!

Heidi Nano
Heidi was a day 1 client at MicroMeeks Skin Studio when it was just a home based business. Her relationship grew with Tamika, and so did her curiosity on embarking on her own aesthetics journey.
A lash artist, facialist and full time nurse; Heidi is a jack of all trades. She enrolled into MicroMeeks Academy where her knowledge expanded and she shined with her client care. You can expect a relaxing and result driven appointment with Heidi. Her favourite thing to do is extractions!
Richard Gagne
Meet Richard, also known as Mr. MicroMeeks. Husband to owner, Tamika; he’s found a passion in helping MEN.
Richard specializes in Aerolase laser treatments tailored for men — from acne and pigmentation to psorasis and rejuvenation (just to name a few). His mission is to break the stigma that self-care is just for women by creating a comfortable, results-driven space where men can prioritize their skin health with confidence.

A dedicated mom of three, Ashley balances motherhood with her passion for aesthetics. She offers custom facials, transformative chemical peels, and is truly our MASTER of body contouring—helping clients sculpt, tighten, and feel their absolute best.
Her expertise and caring nature make every appointment a comfortable, confidence-boosting experience. We’re so lucky to have her as part of the MicroMeeks family!

Rae is a skilled medical aesthetician and certified laser technician with over 3 years of experience working in medical spas across the Lower Mainland. Her expertise spans advanced skin rejuvenation, laser therapies, and corrective treatments designed to enhance skin health and confidence. With her gentle touch and deep knowledge of clinical aesthetics, Rae brings passion, precision, and care to every treatment she performs at MicroMeeks Skin Studio.
